AutoPay Mandate

Dear Customer,

To initiate your AutoPay cancellation request for your Generali Central Life Insurance policy, please write to us at care@generalicentral.com from your registered email ID.Please send the email with subject line – “ECS with [Your policy number]”.

Your cancellation request will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the cancellation confirmation from National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).

Autopay premium payment facility will be cancelled only after the confirmation is received from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). Any immediate premium which is due will be debited as per the due date until the cancellation is confirmed by NPCI.
